I love Susan Shay's style of writing, I have read "Blind Sight" as well. The 2 books are not at all similar, about 2 different topics but I thoroughly enjoy her books & would not hesitate to read anything else by her. One wish I would have liked more about this book is to have more of a back story, there were points in the book where the story jumps a bit ...I did have to re-read some sections to feel caught up or understand the book completely. I bought this book the very day it came out and now it's free! Oh, well! It was worth every penny and then some. I advise you to hop on it while it its free. It is everything the reviewers above say it is and then some! A great way to relax and laugh at the antics of a wild and crazy gal. Some intrigue thrown in for balance.
A very well wrting story that was go from to end.i would recmend this book to anybody that likes book. about werewolfs and romance.
This was a fun, quick read! I enjoyed ending my vacation and starting off the new year with Jazzy and Doc!
Loved the tension and mystery......just couldn't put it down! Great plot! Would recommend it to anyone, but would love a sequel!
I truly loved Susan Shay's MAKE ME HOWL. Loved the voice, the characters and the story. In fact, I liked this book and this author so much I asked her to be a guest blogger!
By "good ones," I mean men, authors and humorous paranormal romances, so this book hits on all three. A gorgeous man, an author with a laugh-out-loud style, and plenty of human-turning-wolf-and-back again.
Jazzy Cannis has a twin sister for a best friend, a biting wit and a closetful of killer shoes, along with the ability to turn from fashionista to wolf at will. She's learned to appreciate her walks on the wild side and has all sorts of wild things in mind for vet Chase Holliday . . . until she finds out Dr. Hot-Damn's goal in life is to eradicate the werewolf shape-shifting gene. What's a girl--er, wolf?--gonna do?
but i see a serial possiblity here, and after a facebook chat with the author, i found out that the powers that be declined future stories in this line. disappointing, as this reads with class and innuendo, without the out and out repetitive and obvious sexual details. i mean, really...i have an imagination, folks.....i can picture it quite well without the low rent descriptives. ms shay does an excellent job without rolling in the muck, and reels out a heck of a storyline. someone needs to wake up and give this author a chance to do what she obviously does best----write a great book!!
